The 2016 Welsh Open which was held in the
Knighton Offa Dyke Centre
on the 17th & 18th of September 2016 has been won by Donald Oliphant.
Played over 12 rounds Donald finished on 17 points,1 point clear in the race for the title leaving Lindus Edwards in second place pipping Brian Lucas to third by one point. Frank Moran was fourth sharing the points with Brian. Francis McNally took the fifth spot.
